A Local Authority in North London is currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join them on a contract basis, initially until February 2024.

This is a part time role, working 21 hours per week (3 days per week). There will be flexibility around days worked.

M&E and Lifts Coordinator provide high level quality and comprehensive support services across to the Technical Services team and follow standard operating procedures with limited supervision.

Main duties will include:

- Responsibility for ensuring the effective operation of Compliance Services including but not limited to data entry and analysis, record keeping, and understanding service specific administrative tasks.
- Reviewing M&E and Lifts records and raising relevant repairs and action on appropriate systems.
- Monitoring completion and chasing where actions are not completed within agreed timescales. Once actions are completed, ensuring that records are updated to reflect this.
- Uploading supporting documentation to document management systems following correct naming protocol.
- Proactively developing skills, understanding and abilities in delivering compliance support services to carry out standardised processes in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Dealing with contractor and landlord enquiries and follow through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated and the adequate audit trails are in place.
- Experience in managing delivery of M&E and Lift services.
- Experience of supporting change / efficiency initiatives.
- Working within a business support environment delivering high quality services.
- Strong communication skills and experience.
- Strong IT/Technical skills, knowledge.
- Development of skills and knowledge.
- Experience of delivering high quality customer service/care.
- Experience of working within business support/ business administration
- Educated to A Level standard or Level 3 NVQ in business administration.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £23.47 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Enfield
