Mosaic Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to be based onsite in Harlow.
This is a varied role which predominately includes maintaining ongoing communication with residents and providing excellent levels of customer care.
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for reacting and responding to any queries and complaints, work closely with resident associations and estates managers. In addition, you will also keep residents updated on progress of works and adviseof any changes that arise. There will also be some office-based work as part of this role including basic administration.
Responsibilities of Job:

- Being the central point of contact for the residents, site team and clients.
- Distributing the Residents Information Packs and carrying out internal condition's surveys.
- Delivering and enhancing our Customer Experience.
- Programme and service proposition.
- Ensure work is carried out on time, to everyone's satisfaction.
- Provide regular bulletins and newsletters keeping residents informed about progress.
- Visit each premises where work is being carried out daily and communicate with residents.
- Listening and responding to residents' concerns/complaints.
Person Specification:
Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within a social housing setting in a refurbishment or construction environment.
You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, good written communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
