Responsibilities:

- Perform general farm duties such as bedding, scraping etc
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Repair and maintain fences
- Feed and care for animals, including calves and youngstock
- Milking (200 cows, twice daily, swing over herringbone parlour)
- Pasture management

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred
- Previous experience in dairy is highly desirable
- Familiarity with animal care practices and procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required

Part time hours needed on farm progressing to full time in the near future
- would suit a student (we are located 5 miles from Reaseheath). Hours to include alternate weekends, weekday hours are negotiable

Pay dependent on experience
