Overview:
Walker Morris’ real estate team is looking to recruit ambitious lawyers who wish to join a growing and successful team specialising in a range of complex and high profile real estate matters.

We are looking for lawyers in the 0 - 6 years PQE category who have decent academics and commercial real estate experience, ideally in private practice. More generally we are seeking personable and confident individuals who are capable of working independently but also as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:
We have one of the strongest specialist real estate teams in the country and have an enviable reputation for delivering focused legal advice to top quality clients. The work is likely to be varied but lawyers in our real estate team typically get exposure to the following work areas:

- landlord and tenant;
- acquisitions and disposals;
- development;
- corporate support; and
- financing transactions.

In additional to traditional fee-earning, lawyers at Walker Morris are encouraged to support business development and marketing initiatives (both internal and external).

**What we offer**:
