HR Advisor
Full time, 3 month fixed term contract
Bideford, Devon
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Tide Recruitment are working with a National Healthcare charity in the search for some additional HR support. This role has been created to provide HR and recruitment support for a specific service that requires focused HR response, with a strong focus onrecruitment.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Provide first level advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues
- Lead on recruitment ensuring recruitment administration processes meets the needs of the organisation.
- Lead on maintaining and updating HR Information Systems to ensure it is used to its full potential; to provide appropriate and timely management reports.
- Preparing monthly payroll data to agreed timescales
- Process starter and leaver administration liaising with colleagues as appropriate.
- Provide efficient and proactive HR administration support
- Monitor probation process of new starters and remind managers of timescales
- Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Absence management, maternity administration, changes to terms & conditions.
- Organise and service HR related meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Undertake HR Project work and support organisational HR initiatives.

This role would be a great stepping stone for someone who may currently be in a Senior Human Resources Administrator position, looking to take their next step.

**Job Criteria**
- CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent human resources qualification (level 5 qualified would be highly advantageous)
- Experienced with coordination and administration of end-to-end recruitment
- Experienced preparing and checking payroll instructions
- Experienced in providing effective administration across the full HR remit
- Ability to prioritise
