Our client is looking for an experienced part time HR Advisor who can carry out all commercial functions and tasks related to the administration of personnel data and payroll tasks as directed.

**What we need from you as a HR Advisor**:
- Experience working within Human Resources in a minimum capacity of HR Generalist/HR Advisor/HR Officer
- Previous payroll experience
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Experience of MS Office, time and attendance and payroll systems, particularly SAP
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels with the companies
- Be independent and have a structured way of working
- Able to work well in a team and be flexible
- Good judgement and problem solving skills
- Have an inclusive and diverse mindset
- Be diligent and reliable
**Professional Qualifications Requirements**:
- Affiliate or Associate level membership of the CIPD is desirable and demonstrable continuous professional development activity
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the UK HR employee relations ensuring the provision of accurate advice and coaching is provided to leadership at all levels covering investigations, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, attendance and assist in collation of tribunal paperwork
- Undertake payroll processing for the UK Group
- Manage time and attendance systems and produce reporting as necessary
- Work closely with Principal to ensure correct process and procedure followed for all areas of talent acquisition from attraction through to onboarding
- Produce UK analytics and relevant reports
- Accountability of administering the apprentice scheme, including recruitment, onboarding, salary uplifts and progress reviews
**You will also do the following**:
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records in accordance with data protection principles
- Continuous review of the Company policies, recommend changes in alignment with legislation and best practice to Head of HR and update and communicate as instructed
- Undertake project work as directed by Head of HR
- Assist on HSE matters at UK sites and provide admin support as necessary for industrial claims
- Be accountable for confidentiality and compliance, ensuring code of conduct and data protection principles are adhered to in all HR related practices undertaken
- Be an ambassador for inclusivity and diversity within the workplace at all times
**Salary/Package**:£28,000-33,000 per annum (pro rata). **Hours**: Monday to Friday. 22.5 per week. (Ideally the hours need to be worked over a minimum of 4 days, preferably 5 mornings).
