The Role: In your role as a Life Insurance Adviser, you'll become an integral part of our clients' life journeys, advising on personal protection. Your expertise will provide peace of mind and financial security to our clients, assuring them that their loved ones' futures are safeguarded.

Your Mission:

- Deliver bespoke consultations, underlining the importance of life cover and personal protection in financial planning.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert for life insurance advice.
- Stay on the pulse of life insurance trends and compliance standards within the UK market.
- Collaboratively tailor insurance solutions that adapt to life's transitions and clients' evolving needs.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Solid experience in life insurance sales or financial advisory within the UK market.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to demystify complex information.
- A deep understanding of personal protection products, including whole of life, term life, and critical illness covers.
- A strong ethical foundation, with a client-centred approach to advisory.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
- A deep understanding of the protection market, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
- Experienced in an advised sales environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
