**Description**
- Report into the Chief HR Officer
- Leadership and development of the Talent Acquisition function of 30
- Lead the design and delivery of a seamless UK recruitment process
- Develop, demand and enhance recruitment technology in line with business needs.
- In close partnership with business stakeholders, identify critical talent gaps and develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for attracting talent, champion the building of talent pipelines and communities for highly critical business areas anddiverse talent pools.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership hiring; headhunting and developing a network of potential future hires
- Work with key stakeholders to understand succession gaps
- Ensuring an effective succession planning strategy for the TA team to support development opportunities
- Work with the UK Head of Development & Inclusion to deliver upon agreed diversity ambitions, contributing to the development of diverse talent pools using a range of networks, social media, and social communities.
- Work with the Early Careers Business Partner to develop the hiring strategy and processes for the UK Academy programmes.
- Lead the design and delivery of a UK workforce planning process that projects the future skill requirements for the company; bring market knowledge to bear on competitive external talent trends.
- Identify continuous improvement to UK processes and hiring protocols, driving transformational initiatives through the change process and increasing the service delivery aspects of the TA function.
- Work in partnership with the business to remove any obstacles to service delivery assuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders.

**Profile**
- Essential you are a Head of Talent Acquisition within Banking/ Financial services
- Essential proven experience of creating a Talent Acquisition strategy for the whole function
- Significant recruitment knowledge and experience within a transformation environment
- Track record of developing effective strategies to recruit and hire employees through effective sourcing and evaluation processes.
- Have a proven track record of the end to end hiring process for senior appointments
- Commercially astute, capable of translating vision and strategy into practical outcomes.
- Constantly seeks new and innovative solutions, helps create an environment that fosters creativity and can turn ideas into actions.
- Proactive risk management; remain vigilant in identifying and managing forward-looking risks, flagging potential problems to relevant stakeholders in advance of issues arising.
- Demonstrable ability of driving and delivering diverse talent pools.
