As a Landscape Operative with Each Other Care, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the outdoor spaces are impeccably maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.

You will work across Each Other Care’s care homes in East Lancashire. Working with the registered managers of our care homes and under the supervision of the Property Assets Manager you will actively participate in the planning, implementation, and upkeep of our outdoor environments. You will receive comprehensive training and be an integral part in helping us maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all those who work, reside, and visit our homes. Your daily tasks will involve a combination of horticultural work, landscaping projects, grounds maintenance, and collaborative efforts with the care home teams to create a welcoming and therapeutic outdoor atmosphere.
