**Role Overview**:

- In input contract reports, new business forms etc. onto the computer system.
- Type letters general and customer correspondence, memos etc.
- Monitor customers in the showroom and attend to their general needs if no Sales Executive is available.
- Operate the switchboard in an efficient and professional manner.
- Make sure messages and faxes reach the relevant person/Department in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer complaints are passed on quickly and efficiently to the correct person to deal with the problem.

- ** Keeping the coffee barAndnbsp;fully stocked; serving refreshments.Andnbsp;**:

- ** Covering telephonistsswitchboard when required ensuring all messages are passed to the relevant party to be actioned.**:

- ** Answering overflow calls.**:

- ** Ensuring customer complaints are passed to the correct person.**:
