Sussex Cricket are seeking to recruit a pool of individuals to provide adhoc reception, retail and ticketing support to support the Reception Support Assistant on match-days, events and to cover annual leave at Sussex Cricket, 1st Central County Ground, Hove, as required.

The key tasks are:

- Proactive approach to selling items in the club shop, maximising sales opportunities and administration of any online sales
- Ensure that the shop displays remained well-stocked with visible pricing
- To provide clear and accurate advice regarding all membership and ticket packages
- Provide an excellent customer service experience, to encourage repeat business and maximise sales opportunities (membership, ticketing and retail)
- Ensure data is accurately entered into the ticketing and related systems
- Provide Reception support for all visitors to the 1st Central County Ground, Hove: welcoming visitors, answering telephone enquiries, issuing parking permits, dealing with post and general enquiries
