Purchasing Administrator

**Salary**: Negotiable
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Printing the daily order sheet for the goods inwards team
- Checking order confirmations
- Receipting of orders & goods
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
- Updating and maintaining the Sage & internal stock systems
- Monitoring invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Recording key supplier performance including OTIF
- Updating price lists
- Monthly stock take involvement
- Raising of purchase orders, either through Sage or an external supplier system
- Highlighting potential stock outs
- General admin duties & any other tasks to suit the business
**Description**:
Due to continued growth at Quickslide, we have opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join our existing purchasing team based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. The ideal applicant will have experience of using ERP systems ideally Sage, excellent time management skills with attention to detail and be able to work to targets.
**The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include**:
- IT literate - must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook to an excellent level
- Experience with Sage 200 advantageous
- Knowledge of the fenestration industry advantageous
- Reliable, autonomous with excellent time management skills
- Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details
- Strong communication with both internal staff and external suppliers
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001 or AS9100
