As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include providing companionship, assisting with personal care, and supporting clients with their evening routines.
**_ Hours:_** 16:45 - 21:45 Monday - Friday & Alternative Weekends

**Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant**:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients have a nutritious evening meal.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Support clients with their evening routines, including medication reminders and preparing for bedtime.
- Follow personalised care plans and ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
