Sales & Project Administrator - The Expo People

We exist to help companies grow through tradeshows, promotional campaigns and brand environments, you will play a key part in ensuring continued growth and consistent delivery standards working with brands such as Hilton, Amazon & Google.

**Key tasks**:
1) Respond and record all inbound enquiries in a timely manner in accordance to The Expo People’s internal systems.

2) Qualify inbound leads

3) Follow up all qualifying leads in line with The Expo People’s Sales Process

4) Collate design briefs and action accordingly with design team.

5) Prepare, format and send out proposals and costings to client

6) Follow up and recording and subsequent communications

7) Manage status of live projects and liaise with Projects team to deliver client needs

8) Produce monthly sales statistics and conversion reports for team meetings

**Key Objectives and Results**:
1) Assist with the delivery of key sales targets

2) Follow up all enquiries in a timely and enthusiastic manner in line with Sales Process

3) Achieve outcomes from every enquiry (whether positive or negative)

4) Use feedback and experience to suggest improvements and grow conversion rate.

5) Log confirmed orders and enter onto Project Management system

**Other Expectations**:

- To be present on-site as required to manage clients/suppliers
- To liaise with clients about projects in an enthusiastic and proactive way as appropriate
- Attend sales meetings with clients if deemed appropriate
