**Operations Manager (Electronic Manufacturing)**
**Portsmouth**
**£50,000 - £60,000 + progression + 25 days holiday + benefits**

Are you from an Electronic / Electrical Manufacturing background, with management experience, looking to step into a highly autonomous role with a market leading manufacturer of premium sustainable lighting products, which is currently pushing the boundariesof lighting technology by producing cutting edge rechargeable lighting systems, where you will have the scope for continued progression as the company continues its rapid growth?

Do you want to work for a well-established global business which is currently experiencing accelerated growth, whilst doing their utmost to create a more sustainable future, where you will form an integral part of the management team, expanding the business'systems in a number of crucial areas whilst managing the production and warehouse team to deliver technical products to a diverse range of industries?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into a hugely versatile and varied role, with a high degree of responsibility. You will be responsible for leading Production and Warehouse teams, managing the Quality Assurance function compliance and overseeingnew product release, as well as Health and Safety. You will form part of the Senior Management Team, with direct influence on future growth and development plans. You will be working closely with the Managing Director on the development of Product Lines andquality improvement of existing products.

**The role**:

- Manage the Production and Warehouse Teams
- Manage / Liaise with Production Supervisors to monitor product release, and implement process improvements / quality assurance
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop new product lines, and improve the quality of existing products
- Ensure products meet regulatory and company requirements
- Develop the QMS
- Work with Marketing and the Sales Dept to achieve client specifications / requirements

- Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing background
- Management experience
