**Job purpose**:Provide support to the internal sales team.

**Key Responsibilities: (Key Tasks)**
- Generate sales related documents including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Respond to customer enquiries for product information, availability, order status and pricing in a timely manner
- Communicate order progress with customers
- Liaise with Distribution team to ensure correct products are supplied
- Support regional sales team

**Accountabilities: (Deliverables)**
- Ensure responses are given within the required time frame
- Prices given in accordance with Company rules and customer agreements
- Ensure all relevant paperwork completed with the correct details and in accordance with quality procedures
- Ensure sales invoices are prepared in a timely & accurate manner
- Ensure deliveries are made to meet customer requirements

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Secondary school qualifications

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player
- Customer focus
- Working knowledge of Navision system
- Understanding of deadline achievements

**Experience (essential)**:

- Previous experience in the same or similar commercial discipline (or equivalent): Engineering/Drilling/Consumables/Oilfield/Customer Service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
