**Bumble and bumble Advisor Position**

Position Summary:
Salon born. New York raised. Hair is what we do. This is a job for the haircare obsessed. As one of our highly skilled hair advisors
you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service
and sales targets. With your passion for people, our brand mission, products and wellness services, you will ensure that each
customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them.
The role will require you to provide engaging customer service through the execution of events, Bumble Services,
exceptional communication skills, trend spotting, social media usage, and creativity.

**Sales and Service**
- Consistently achieve set sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.
- Foster an omni-channel approach to meet consumer needs and maximise selling opportunities.
- Take personal responsibility and ownership of performance and self-development.
- Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines.
- Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
- Play your part in executing the in-store strategy communicated by CM/BM.
- Showcase knowledge and understanding of key product features and benefits to meet consumer needs.
- Utilise strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and

organisation.
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of social media activity, trends and identify sales opportunities.
- Adhere to and keep up abreast of all communicated company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Consistently deliver high touch consumer experiences in store.
- Tailor each experience to meet the client’s needs leveraging the guests experience by offering Aveda on counter

services.
- Demonstrate agility within your role to meet the needs of the business.
- Proactively seek opportunities to drive omni-channel events and experiences with on-brand use of social media.
- Act with pace and accuracy when handling consumer enquiries.
- Communicate effectively and contribute toward a strong and successful teamworking environment.
- Be a team player to ensure the team reaches their sales and services goal.
- Promote brand/organisation culture and image, behaving with respect and integrity at all times.
- Share best practice and support colleagues be the best they can be.
- Proactively participate in local and national team initiatives and incentives.
- Adhere to Store/Company stock management procedures to ensure stock file accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising in line with Brand/Store/Company guidelines.
- Always contribute to housekeeping to maintain strong retail standards.
- Take personal responsibility and adhere to Store/Company Security policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
- Experience styling with hot tools (desirable not essential)
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized

customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
