We are looking for a paid media strategist and manager who will be a key founding member of our media team. You’ll be responsible for developing and presenting paid media strategies for a number of our key clients as well as activation as the team is growing. As part of this role, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and will be responsible for executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies to help the brand achieve its goals. We are looking for a Paid Media strategist and manager who will continually look for ways to innovate, analytical and excited to be part of a new team that is seeing significant growth.

Responsibilities:

Developing digital media strategies and supporting on the activating of Meta, Google and TikTok to ensure that we are helping our clients achieve their business objectives and see a significant impact from the work that the media team provides.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing and managing paid digital marketing strategies from ideation to execution, with a focus on delivering impact and ROAS
  • Influencer campaign amplification and whitelisting with a conversion objective to drive and measure our campaign goals
  • Managing cross-channel budgets to deliver high-performing integrated campaign strategies, increase revenue, drive down CPAs and increase market share
  • Monitoring media buying strategies and continually providing innovative optimisations that help improve performance
  • Support the creation of testing and learning roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and presenting results and insights for our brand partners and internal teams
  • Spotting and identifying new opportunities, testing, learning and maximizing performance
  • Collaborating with the strategy, creative and influencer teams to ensure that campaigns are managed effectively and deliver expected results
  • Thinking strategically to understand clients' business goals and devise strategies to drive opportunities for growth for the client and revenue for the agency
  • Forecasting and tracking client account metrics and analytics resulting from marketing campaigns
  • About you:

    • You hold a Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CIM is a plus.
    • Track record of working and progressing either agency or client-side working in digital marketing with knowledge of paid social and paid search
    • 3+ years experience in digital marketing using Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic Ad implementation
    • 2+ years of client management experience in a paid media marketing role (ideally via agency)
    • You are comfortable working in a team that works within a dynamic and fast-paced environment every day
    • E-commerce marketing experience is an advantage, especially in building customer acquisition and retention models around KPIs such as ROAS, AOV, LTV & CAC
    • Ability to competently distil client briefs to brief the creative team, develop budgets, plan media, timelines and SOWs
    • You understand the importance of nurturing relationships and creating a collaborative environment for all.

    • Positive and outgoing personality - you'll have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior marketing executives in global brands
