Mortgage Administrator

**We have been instructed by a large and highly respected financial services organisation to recruit for a Mortgages and Life Administrator to work at a small but growing business in Southampton that has big plans for the future.**

Duties include:
- Liaise / Correspond directly with clients/stakeholders.
- Answer queries relating to current and potentially new customers within qualification scope.
- General administrative duties and updating of group databases.
- Comply at all times with legislation and Policies and Procedures.
- Undertake regular solicitation.
- Manage the mortgage portfolio including updating daily activity records.
- Provide timely quotations within qualification scope.
- Issue all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has the ambition to undertake relevant and necessary qualifications.
- Is experienced in adhering to all internal policies, procedures and relevant legislation/regulation.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with enquiries at all levels.
- Is self-motivated with good organisational skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise workloads.
- Enjoys working to tight deadlines.
- Has the ability to work with mínimal supervision and make informed decisions where necessary.
- Has excellent ICT skills with proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and varying databases.
- Is a natural people person who enjoys working with customers
