Overview:
Our Aftercare Team primarily focus on supporting service users to maintain and develop upon the achievements they have made towards their overall individual ambitions, and to help transition into living a balanced lifestyle. You can make a difference in supporting the team as a volunteer with your skills, experise, or experience.

We offer a wide range of structured and peer lead group work programmes within our Aftercare Team programme. The activities are nominally based in the Nottingham area at our City Centre premises, but we are interested to hear from potential **volunteers from all parts of the county** of Nottinghamshire, as we also provide groups in several other locations to meet the needs of all communities.

You will have a nominated supervisor and always work in partnership with a colleague, so plenty of support is always on hand.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is primarily carried out during week days and during office hours. There is no specific minimum or maximum time requirement, your supervisor would expect to know in advance when you intended to devote time to volunteering via prior discussion.

Interview discussions will be held soon after the closing date.

Newly recruited volunteers must undertake training before deployment, which may not take place at your ultimate volunteering venue, it will be within manageable travel distance via public or your own transport. We reimburse out of pocket expenses incurred whilst volunteering.
