Campaign Planner

Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid

**Job Description**:
Our client is currently seeking a campaign Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Campaign Planner you will operate in a senior role within a small results-focused marketing team, working alongside the Head of Marketing to planand manage the implementation of marketing initiatives around paid media, content generation, branding, social media and event management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Creation - Work alongside the Head of Marketing to translate marketing OKRs into initiatives to drive measurable outcomes across the business, working to improve performance alongside the Head of Marketing.
- Campaign Delivery - Tactically manage and execute campaign tasks to ensure timely delivery and report on progress to senior management across multiple marketing initiatives.
- Digital Content - Identify new content opportunities and manage a content calendar, ensuring the delivery of content in line with plan.
- Paid Media - Plan, brief and manage the execution of paid media through third party relationships. Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvement throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Branding - Define and implement the brand strategy, including messaging, tone of voice and creative guidelines.
- Events - Lead the organisation of virtual and physical company events with the support of a marketing executive.
- Website Management - Own the development of the company website, including updates to website content & structure in line with the SEO strategy and CRO initiatives.

**Key Skills/Experience**:

- 3 - 4 years of experience within a marketing team.
- Experience in planning and delivering campaigns that yield positive results.
- Experience in strategic storytelling, particularly around brand messaging.
- Proficient at creating marketing content in line with strategic objectives.
- Comfortable at reporting campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- Familiar with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday).
- Experienced in web CMS systems (WordPress).
- Tactical experience in paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Experience in audience identification and segmentation.
- Experienced in organising and managing events.
- Previous responsibility in managing a marketing executive.
