We are a long established residential home specialising in care for those with Dementia. We are highly regarded throughout the local care sector and are often the home of choice for professionals wishing to place clients with complex care needs.

Despite the difficulties over the past 3 years we have been robust in our management and placed the care of clients and staff as priority which has enabled us to remain operational throughout the entire pandemic.

We are now at a stage where we are happy to announce an opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer with the potential for promotion to Assistant Manager seeking to join our warm and caring home.

Your role will be varied and will encompass responsibilities of those positions mentioned above. Every day will certainly be different. As well as supporting the Care Manager with out of hour care you will take shared responsibility for overseeing the below;
- Updating policies & Appraisals
- Shift management & Resourcing
- Medicine administration
- Developing relationships with healthcare professionals
- Assessments for potential clients
