Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with a leading Financial Institution to help assist with complaints processing.

**What you will be doing:

The ideal Complaints Handler will be:

- Responding to FOS queries on complaint queries.
- Analyse complaints data and understand the root cause and offer suggestions for service improvement.
- Acknowledge receipt and manage expectations for the selected complaints whilst focusing on quality.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by management

**What you will bring to the role**:
The ideal Complaints Handler will:

- Have an excellent standard of communication
- Have a background in a regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- An understanding of underwriting processes

**What you will get in return**:

- £12.82 per hour
