Flair Group are currently working with an industry recognised building maintenance contractor based in Brighton. Our client requires an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Help Desk Co-ordinator to join their established team.

**Purpose of the Job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure consistent service.
- Maintain comprehensive records of activity.
- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate.
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
- To ensure the operation of the out-of-hours telephone answering service ensuring messages are relayed and actioned in a timely manner.
- To uphold and promote the good name of our client at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
