In your new job as a Hard Services Supervisor, you will supervise a team based in the technical services arm of our business. You will supervise a team of approx. 10 colleagues plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained. Service levels are in line with the contractual KPIs and SLAs. There is an expectation to assist in monitoring and controling suppliers and sub-contractor. The Hard Services Supervisor will need to be able to provide M&E/hard services advice to the customer, the team and to the stakeholders. You will be working with a leading motorsports team who strive for the best in every field they occupy.

**Job objectives and responsibilities**
- **Completion of Tool Box Talk's**
- **Ensure team completion of tasks and PPM's (in-line with KPI's)**
- **Assist Account Manager in contractual duties**
- **Encourage a good team morale**
- **Engineers annual leave to be managed**
- **Supervise and assist in tasks, ensure H&S and site rules are adhered to at all times**
- **Ensure a good stock of parts and consumables are held within the stores**

**Main duties**
- **Ensure that tool box talks are completed and sent in to MTFM.Training**
- **Ensure jobs are completed to a good standard and within the SLA timeframe set**
- **Ensure PPM's are completed within month and remedial issues are raised, recorded and remedied**
- **Project works and other tasks may come through from account manager which need attention**
- **Ensure there is always 1 x engineering discipline in through annual leave management**
- **Carry out PPM and reactive tasks where needed - set the example to the engineers**- **Ensure site process and site rules are followed by all at all times**
- **Raise health and safety concerns to account manager**
- **Ensure the process is followed with regards to the replenishment of stock in the site (mitie) stores**

**Health and Safety responsibilities**
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

**Information Security**
- Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;
- Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
- Report actual and suspected security incidents;
