Role Overview: As a Total Loss Specialist, you will play a vital role in accurately valuing vehicles, evaluating claims, determining total loss status, and coordinating with insurance providers. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating Audatex Assessments, updating records/spreadsheets, producing final reports using images and invoices, and ensuring adherence to company processes and quality standards. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a clear, methodical, and organized working area while supporting team morale and contributing to the development of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately valuing vehicles
- Evaluating claims and determining total loss status
- Coordinating with insurance providers
- Generating Audatex Assessments
- Updating records/spreadsheets
- Producing final reports using images and invoices
- Following company processes and ensuring quality standards are met
