Vehicle Rental Administrator

We have big goals for the future, so we’re looking for someone who’s ready to meet the challenges of the job and enable us to enjoy sustainable success. This is not a customer facing role and is Monday to Friday only based in North Leigh, Witney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing administrative tasks accurately and effectively - invoicing, extensions, damage claims, reporting etc via 1link and other systems as appropriate
- Ensuring that all bookings and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Generating quotes based on a customer’s requirements
- Use internal and external systems to create and process vehicle bookings, accurately entering customer information
- Working closely with existing and new vehicle suppliers to ensure the optimum fulfilment of all bookings and enquiries to Bridle Group customers
- Working closely with all departments and the finance team in particular
- Supporting and covering for the Bridle Rental Team Leader

**This is a permanent role based in North Leigh, Witney working full time.**

If you have a background in administration, customer services, service desk, call center operator, motor trade administration, motor trade customer services, reception, hire controller, rental controller this job maybe for you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
