**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team at London Bronze Casting Ltd. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our foundry. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and artisans, assisting in various tasks to contribute to the production of bronze artworks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the preparation and setup of work areas for casting and fabrication processes.

2. Handling and transporting materials, tools, and equipment as required.

3. Cleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized environment.

4. Supporting technicians and artisans in the casting, finishing, and assembly of bronze artworks.

5. Operating machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety guidelines and procedures.

6. Performing general labour duties such as lifting, moving, and loading/unloading materials.

7. Assisting with inventory management and stock control, including counting and recording materials.

8. Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

9. Following instructions and completing tasks assigned by supervisors and team leaders efficiently and effectively.

10. Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the foundry by working collaboratively with colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles and practices.
- Flexibility to work in various areas of the foundry and adapt to changing work requirements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
