A fantastic opportunity has come available for my clients based in Oakham. Rutland. They are mortgage and protection specialists who deal with clients across a number of counties. They are currently looking for a qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor tocome on board due to more business opportunities coming available, and an influx of leads. My clients are the leading agent in the area and have seen a huge increase in enquiries.

You will be based within their Stamford estate agency and deal with any leads that come through the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone to increase their earnings as they are offering a fantastic commission structure of 20-40% dependenton banking’s.

**To be considered for the role of Mortgage & Protection Advisor you must have the following attributes**:

- CeMap Qualified
- Comfortable charging fees
- Confident over the phone & Face to Face
- Upselling Protection
- The right attitude towards the industry
- Preferably whole of market experience

**In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor**:

- Competitive basic salary (depending on experience)
- Outstanding commission structure of 20%- 40%,
- Realistic earning potential of £60,000 - £70,000 OTE.
