Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Quattro RS. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our financial advisers. This includes preparing client reports and recommendations, building relationships with customers, and developing financial strategies to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner in a financial environment. They will also have strong knowledge of ISA's, investments, mortgages, retirement planning, and other related sectors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review client reports and recommendations
- Build relationships with customers and identify their financial needs
- Develop financial strategies to meet customer needs
- Support financial advisers where required

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £42,500 based on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm office-based role with hybrid working options
