Adjacency are delighted to be exclusively partnering a top Gloucestershire organisation in their recruitment of a Human Resources Business Partner.

A brand-new role due to growth of the business this new HR hire will provide a professional and effective service partnering leaders, delivering a high-quality employee and Manager experience, and building credible relationships with stakeholders.

With a heavy focus on employee engagement and HR as a service, this role is needing a strategic thinking Business Partner who can also advise senior level stakeholders to influence employee relations at all levels.

**Duties: (not limited to)**
- Coach, support, and provide expert guidance to line managers on the full range of People activities in line with the People Strategy.
- Provide advice and guidance on individual complex ER cases ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of my clients’ policies and procedures and best practice.
- Note taking to support with casework.
- Upskilling Managers in line with the People Strategy
- Support sites with absent and performance management issues.
- Support with TUPE Transfers
- Management of HR projects as and when required in line with the people roadmap.
- Superuser of the HR system ITRENT
- Board report material monthly upon request.

To be considered for initial interview we would expect you to be CIPD qualified and have at least 5 years’ experience of a HR role dealing with volume casework at pace. You will have strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. You must have a valid driving licence as travel to other offices is required.

This role comes with a competitive salary and a car allowance and is offered on a hybrid contract. Days / hours spent in the office will be agreed at offer stage. Typically, the HR team are in the office 3 / 4 days a week, depending on workload but with flexibility offered on both sides.
