As a **Cook**, you play a direct role in the enjoyment our customers each day through serving good quality panini, sandwiches & wraps. Ensuring our high level of quality, consistently in a high paced environment.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous cooking experience in a licensed facility preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food for service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen area. Cleaning as needed.
- Follow proper preparation and presentation for all food items.
- Ability to multitask at busy periods.
- Ability to understand and follow food hygiene process
- Ability to work overtime when required.
