We don’t put people in booths or make them ask if they want to make a brew, we take an adult approach to our team. You’re in an open plan office, with the rest of the team, accounts, purchasing, buying & IT/Web.

Team player, the department is an experienced efficient team and it is imperative that everyone will help where workload demands (assuming they have been trained)

The role includes:

- Processing purchase orders
- Matching purchase invoices to orders and approving
- Calculating the value of credit notes where required
- Liaising with Suppliers to claim credit notes
- Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements
- Processing payments to suppliers
- Allocation of payments to invoice
- Reconciliation of purchase ledger control account
- Processing refunds to the customer

We provide full in-house training, a supportive management and co-worker environment and technical backup from our in-house technical team.

In return we offer:
Holidays: 20 days pa (rising to a maximum of 25 days with 1-day annual increments)

The hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday and 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday
There is free secure parking, the offices are within easy access of the A580, M62 and M57.
