As an OCR Subject Advisor, you will provide in-house expertise on a portfolio of Maths qualifications. The role will involve working on the launch of a new qualification. We are looking for someone with experience in planning and delivering Maths who has an excellent understanding of the needs of teachers. Experience of teaching A Level Further Maths will also be an advantage.

OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations) is part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment. We're a leading UK exam board, dedicated to recognising achievement in learners of all ages and from all backgrounds. The range of qualifications from OCR is wide and varied and there are choices for learners of all ages, abilities and needs. - Providing high quality and knowledgeable customer service and supporting schools and teachers to deliver our qualifications

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Recent teaching experience and/or recent relevant work within the context of secondary education
- An understanding of qualification delivery and experience of assessment
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences
- The necessary behaviours required to build successful partnerships and relationships
- Experience of successfully delivering projects on time
- A can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
