As an OCR Subject Advisor, you will provide in-house expertise on a portfolio of general (GCSE and A Level) and vocational qualifications (Cambridge National and Cambridge Technical) in Business. We are looking for someone with experience in planning and delivering qualifications in business and/or economics who has an excellent understanding of the needs of teachers. A knowledge of Economics or Sustainability would be an advantage.

**About the role**
- Providing high quality and knowledgeable customer service and supporting schools and teachers to deliver our qualifications
- Growing OCR's business through the provision of insight, partnerships and stakeholder engagement

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Recent teaching experience and/or recent relevant work within the context of secondary education
- An understanding of qualification delivery and experience of assessment
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences
- The necessary behaviours required to build successful partnerships and relationships
- Experience of successfully delivering projects on time
- A can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
