**Warehouse Admin Assistant,** Greenford, London, to support the Warehouse team with day-to-day admin, and stock management. This role is as **on-site **role. This role reports to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.

**What you'll be doing**

As a key orchestrator of our operations, you'll ensure seamless order flow by communicating effectively with the goods-in team, overseeing precise stock booking, coordinating order pick sheets and warehouse events. You'll take charge of managing some accounts, addressing and communicating any issues to relevant departments. Your role will also involve handling general administrative duties, including inputting works orders and investigating stock variances with the warehouse team.

**You'll be a great fit if**

✔️Have previous administration experience and/or previous experience with working in a warehouse

✔️Your organisational skills shine, particularly when handling administrative duties.

✔️Have excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal stakeholder interactions. We want someone who is comfortable to speak to a wide range of people, as you’ll be speaking frequently with them.

✔️Enjoy taking initiative and problem-solving. We’re on a mission to be more efficient, so spotting how to improve aspects of this role and and addressing issues proactively will help you do well here.

**You won't be a great fit if**

You prefer a strictly routine work environment without the challenge of dynamic operations.

Precise communication and attention to detail are not your strengths.

You struggle with multitasking and coordinating various aspects of order flow.

**Terms**
- 40 hrs/wk i.e. 7:30am-4.00pm Mon-Fri.
- This is an on-site role, with WFH days to be requested
- Probationary period 3 months
- 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks and targets related to the role
- You will need to be within an easy commute of the office (around 45min door to door).
