Join our Cambridge Site Operations Team for an exciting 12-month opportunity as a Customer Solutions Lead. You will be the driving force behind our digital capabilities strategy, enhancing end user experience across our Cambridge estate. As the business owner for workplace technologies within Site Operations, you will oversee desktop working, meeting room IT, booking and virtual support services. **Accountabilities**:
As a Customer Solutions Lead, you will govern supplier teams and business partnerships, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities. You will act as the Site Operations Partner to the AstraZeneca IT community, contributing to broader business IT conversations. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operational aspects of C&SS technology services and ensuring operational/tactical supplier management. You will also build relationships with key business partners to ensure business requirements are effectively captured and committed to project objectives.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Detailed knowledge of workplace technology and understanding of customer requirements
- Experience of working within a governance framework and matrix organisation
- Previous success in identifying, planning, implementing, and executing service solutions
- Effective communication skills among senior stakeholders, and relationship building skills at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment involving varying priorities and schedules
- High levels of drive, energy, and resilience with ability to take the initiative Ability to work well in diverse teams and proven aptitude to influence others to achieve positive outcomes

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Relevant experience of working in a service delivery environment, including supplier management and governance
- Facilities Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Project Management qualification with proven delivery experience
