Within this role, you will be going from home to home providing personal care, administering medication, assisting with meals and delivering care to clients in there own homes while building relationships each care plan is tailored to meet individual client needs you will make a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Must hold a valid UK driving license.

**Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with**:

- Assisting clients with personal care tasks.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping
- administering medication
- support and assist with housework duties /laundry
- support and assist with meal planners ,meal prep and food shopping
- supporting our service users with social activities or access the community

**We are looking for Care Assistants to join us who are**:

- Reliable, trust worthy, caring, patient and honest.
- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
- Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks including bathing and toileting.
- Comfortable and confident working as part of a team or lone working.
- Ability to drive.

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent and confident to deliver outstanding care.

Please note this is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within client's own homes there for a driving licence and car is required.
- No experience necessary as full training provided_**.**_
