A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA/Office Manager to join the BPC Group, a growing and ambitious group of companies specialising in the house building sector. Due to expansion plans and relocation to larger offices on the outskirts of Bishops Stortfordthe role has grown into a full-time position.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Office Manager:

- Ensuring all BPC Group offices and outside areas are kept clean, tidy and in good working order
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services such as cleaning, IT, security, serviced offices, office phone system etc
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained such as heating, water, alarms etc
- Identify need for and arrange office repairs and maintenance as required
- Implement and manage office procedures such as new starter and leaver checklists, maintenance checks, daily/weekly office checks etc.
- Allocating and managing desk space between buildings
- Organising and overseeing building moves, projects, renovations, and refurbishments
- Ensure office supplies and stationery are kept stocked up
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Organising Meetings, preparing meeting room with refreshments and equipment as required
- Greeting and looking after external visitors in a professional manner
- Manage BPC Group and Meeting Room Calendars ensuring all employees are using them correctly
- Organising company events and celebration/gifts for staff and clients
- Manage induction of new employees
- Manage exit process of employees leaving employment of company
- Ensuring that facilities meet mandatory Government Regulations and environmental, health and safety standards as required
- Look at ways in which we can improve efficiency in the office and cut costs

Personal Assistant
- Support business and personal organisation of Executive team being the Chairman and 2 Directors
- Inbox management
- Organising and setting up internal and external meetings
- Booking appointments and restaurants
- Preparing meeting agendas, performing any research for meetings and ensuring the Directors is prepared and talked through in advance
- Taking meeting minutes and drafting action points
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Preparing business trip packs to include agenda, tickets, travel information, accommodation confirmation etc
- Managing memberships
- Good judgement and upholding a strict level of confidentiality and integrity
