**The Reward**

£20-£25k DOE + Private Healthcare + Other benefits + Uncapped commission scheme.
Support through NAEA qualifications.
Excellent long term career prospects.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Rota based Saturdays 9am to 12 noon (usually once every 3 weeks).

**The Person**

You will already be successfully working within a sales environment with at least 2 years' experience.
Possess a strong knowledge and passion for sales, along with a good understanding of the local area.
Be commercially aware and understand your market.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional, confident and approachable.
A willingness to go the extra mile.
Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsift Office 365.
A full UK driving license and access to your own car.

**The Role**

Joining our extremely successful, market leading coastal branch in Fulwell, Sunderland.
Registering purchaser details, identifying requirements and discussing suitable properties.
Booking property valuations.
Negotiating offers.
Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
Recommending the company’s other products, such as conveyancing and lettings.
Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and identifying opportunities to generate new business.
Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
