We are working with a highly reputable specialist mortgage lender to the Equity Release market, who are seeking a Head of Products to join their dynamic team. With a focus on providing simple and straight-forward solutions for effective retirement planning, this company has won numerous awards for their outstanding service and is committed to continually improving and developing their business through the colleagues they employ.

Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering product propositions

Leading new product development

Monitoring and analyzing the equity release market, competitors, and customer needs

Owning the Product Governance Policy and consumer duty for products

Stakeholder management of product related developments of existing funder relationships and supporting on-boarding of new funding partners

Keeping abreast of all market developments

Providing data for lending forecasts and commercial performance

Working closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve successful product launches, pricing changes, and driving lending volumes

Managing the Product team (2 direct reports)
