Bench Joiner

We currently have a great opportunity for a **Bench Joiner **to join our production team working from our manufacturing site in Warrington which manufactures various high quality commercial soft seating and ancillary products. Key to the role is assembling furniture frames on a daily basis in accordance with quality standards.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for constructing upholstery frames for furniture and other items
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Utilise a variety of tools and equipment, including saws, drills, routers, and other power tools
- Utilise hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers
- Experience working with CNC & Saw machinery
- Assemble and fasten components of frames with nails, screws and glue.
- Repair and maintain upholstery frames
- Ensure all upholstery frames meet industry standards and customer specification
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Competitive hourly rate depending on experience

**The Person**:

- Excellent knowledge of woodworking and tools
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and accurately
- Knowledge of wood types and characteristics
- Ability to measure accurately and cut materials to size
- Ability to assemble components according to plan
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills

- Mon-Thurs : 7:30am - 16:00pm
- Friday : 7:00am - 14:15pm
