**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our energy efficiency solutions, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications (_training provided_).
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the advantages of our energy-efficient solutions.
- Actively listen to customer requirements, assess their energy needs, and provide customized product recommendations and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales representative or in customer service
- Be **self-employed or work under a limited company (LTD) structure**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- A proactive work attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges
- Punctuality and self-discipline
- Strong time management capabilities and the ability to work under pressure
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and availability to work flexible hours
- Adaptability in working both collaboratively within a team and independently
