**A bit about the role**:
As a Digital Design Lead, you’ll lead a team of Digital Artworkers to create original artwork and images for the use by the organisation in a variety of different ways across multiple channels and brands.Managing performance and monitoring and ensuring thehighest quality of team output. A single point of contact for either Fashion or Home artworking.
**What you’ll do as Digital Design Lead**:

- You’ll lead a team to create digital artwork for a variety of communications material to include Advertising, POS, Branding and Marketing projects/campaigns.
- You’ll monitor and ensure quality of team output.
- You’ll support team workload and providing team leaderships.
- You’ll provide senior experience and guidance.
- You’ll ensure all artwork is of the highest standard within customer guidelines.
- You’ll ensure that all artwork work is delivered according to brand and corporate identity guidelines.
- You’ll be responsible for team management activity including performance management, annual reviews, giving feedback, development, and coaching.
- You’ll support the team with their workload and tasks as required.

**Who you are**:

- You’ll have significant work experience within digital artworking in fast paced commercial environment.
- You’ll be able to lead and motivate a team whilst maintaining the ability to get ‘hands on’ and work with the team in delivery.
- You’ll have advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and the ability to coach and develop others in these skills.
- You’ll be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- You’ll have experience of working with online management tools, ideally Workfront.
- Demonstrated experience/portfolio in either Home or Fashion.
