**Job Purpose**:
To accurately process orders received from Amazon Vendor Central in line with company SLAs and process any external orders as and when required ensuring efficient and effective order processing, minimising errors and providing an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To raise and issue sales orders including the EDI system & manual entry where required.
- Issue pick notes orders to warehouse to guarantee delivery within the agreed timeframe.
- Unreserve stock for Amazon orders.
- Check prices form Amazon vender match on sales orders.
- Remove no stocks from orders
- Liaise with Account manager on any issues relating to orders or stock
- Uploading of weekly Amazon invoices
- Convert orders into Navision from EDI system.

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and proven administrative ability
- Effective computer and keyboard skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- An ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach, flexible and quick to learn
