**Racquet Sports Group**, a sports equipment distributor, is looking for multiple team members to join a small but growing online racquet sports business. You will be working with a handful of others to fulfil Customer orders on a daily basis and methodically deal with Customer enquiries to retain the Company’s impressive track record.

**What you’ve done & who you are**:

- You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- You will be team orientated, efficient and take ownership of problem solving.
- You will have a vibrant, supportive and warm personality with a ‘can do’ attitude and a hands-on approach.
- You will be very organised and have a strong ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have high IT literacy abilities.
- You may or may not have previous experience with customer service or logistics.
- You may or may not be someone that is sporty or involved in the racquet sport sector.

**Who we are**:

- Founded in 2008, Racquet Sports Group is quickly becoming one of the largest Internet resellers of brand name products for racquet sports equipment, having shipped over 300,000 orders to 50,000 Customers across 150 countries.

**What you’ll do**:

- Diligently fulfil Customer orders with care and precision by picking, packing and shipping from our warehouse.
- Book in supplier shipments, ranging from small boxes to multi-pallet consignments.
- Gradually learn more about the sector through increased knowledge of products and the industry to support Company growth and goals.

**What you can expect**:

- A salary of £24,000 per annum, plus individual accuracy bonuses.
- Operating hours of 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Tier 1 [Maximum] Pension Contribution Scheme.
- 20 days per annum + all Bank Holidays in holiday.
- By Emsworth train station.
- Flexible, secure and comfortable working environment.
