**Office Administrator**An exciting opportunity has become available with Rapier Employment to join our fun and busy Basingstoke team as a part time Office Administrator within the recruitment sector.
What is included in the role?
- 20h - 24h weekly across 4 days between Monday and Friday (must be available to work Mondays)
- Pay rate £10 - £12 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full training provided
Your duties will include
- Ensuring 100% compliance, including right to work, referencing and drivers’ documentation.
- Supporting weekly payroll.
To be considered for the role of Office Administrator, you need to demonstrate the following
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to multitask.
- Flexible, enthusiastic and tenacious attitude to work.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in providing administrative support would be advantageous.
