We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity, for 2 experienced Trainers in Manual Handling to join our Health & Safety Team, delivering manual handling training based in Abergele and covering a variety of sites within BCUHB as service needs require.

The post holders will assist the Manager for Manual Handling in providing the delivery, and the evaluation of, those who attend Load and Patient Handling training provided to all BCUHB employees and University Students while on placement and caring for our patients.

The role also includes completing DSE assessments for agile workers via Skype/Teams.

The role contains an advisory element which will include giving advice and guidance to colleagues within BCUHB with the overall objective to reduce the risk of injury from manual handling across the organisation.
