As a CPD Content Writer and Editor for Twinkl CPD, you will be involved in planning, organising and creating resources and other content specifically for people in education.

A large part of this role will be researching and creating Twinkl CPD resources, writing category descriptions, blogs and more for our customers. We are looking for someone who is innovative and able to break down advice, processes and learning in a way that those in education can access and use to develop their knowledge in and around the classroom. You will need to have a strong, current working knowledge of the EYFS Framework and/or KS1 and KS2 curriculum, as well as experience of working within a school or early years setting. The majority of your time will be spent working with Content Writers, Editors, Designers and those responsible for Marketing and Partnerships. You will be engaging with product priorities to facilitate the highest possible quality of content for our customers.

**Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day**:
Working with the content writer team and wider CPD team in creating resources, site copy and much more, focusing on helping all different types of people in the education sector

Support the production team and other content editors to help check resources (quality control).

Working with the wider business, helping to develop products and working with the CPD team on new projects and products.

Proofreading CPD content, ensuring that terminology and style adheres to Twinkl guidelines.

Creating and developing your own content and ensuring you also hit your own KPIs and targets.

Attend daily stand-ups with your team and help prioritise work.

The team itself is a positive team, with regular catch-ups. It’s really easy to find people who share similar interests and build strong working relationships.

Have recent experience of working in schools.

Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to projects.

Have excellent SPaG skills and use this within the editing element of your role.

Demonstrate excellent educational knowledge

Be able to communicate with colleagues and our external partners effectively, both written and verbally.

Have the ability to work collaboratively.

**Experience**:
Knowledge of the curriculum and experience in the classroom or other educational setting.

Knowledge of educational terminology

Degree or relevant in education (For example, PGCE, BEd or diploma).
