Vets4Pets Huntingdon are looking for a professional, friendly, client focused new team member to join our dedicated client care team.
Working as a Client Care Advisor is a fast paced and demanding role where a genuine concern for clients and their pets is at the forefront of everything we do. This is not your typical receptionist role and we require someone who is able to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level and quality of work.
- Have experience in a busy client facing role (experience within a veterinary setting is preferable)
- Have the ability to work under pressure and remain positive, professional, friendly, and helpful at all times is essential.
- Be highly motivated to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Support and communicate effectively and precisely with clients in a calm and positive manner even in challenging and emotional situations, in person and over the phone.
Our usual working hours are shifts between the hours of 8.30am and 7.15pm Monday to Saturday. Our current CCA team work full time across 4 days. The job will involve a share of the Saturday rota - unfortunately, this is non-negotiable.
We are currently looking to fill a Full Time vacancy, but would also consider speaking to anyone looking for a part-time/weekend role depending on hours required.
